Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation – Once an order is placed, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been dispatched. Cancellation is not possible for any orders which are already dispatched. We typically dispatch all orders within a day from the date of order.

A Store credit will be issued for the amount and refund to the account is not possible.

(Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website)

 

Returns –

  • If you change your mind for some reason, you can request for a return of the product within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please write to support@zaribysuba.com.
  • Our team will assess the reason for return and if the request is valid, the return request will be accepted.
  • A store credit will be issued for the amount and refund to the account is not possible*.

*Conditions for returns –

  • The product should be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted beyond 3 days.
  • Once our team confirms the product can be returned, Customer will have to ship the product on their own in its original packing.
  • The product should be unused and unwashed.
  • The product should have the original packaging along with the cloth bag and invoice, tag etc.
  • Once we receive the products a quality check will be done by our team
  • Once the quality check is through, we will provide you a store credit bearing the value of the returned product with in 48 to 72 hours.
  • Zari By Suba Reserves the right to refuse a store credit request if the product is not received in its original condition or is received damaged or has been found to be used.

 

For Damaged products or Damaged package –

  1. Defective Package - All our products are thoroughly checked for quality and packed with tamper proof packaging. Should you notice any tampered or damaged package while receiving, we request you to take pictures of the same and return it to the shipping carrier immediately (Do not accept the package). Accepting such a tampered package will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition. Please do write to us – support@zaribysuba about the issue along with photos within 24 hours of refusal.
  2. Defective Product - We conduct a thorough quality check on all products before shipping them. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us - support@zaribysuba.com within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return procedure.
  3. It is Mandatory to provide us with an opening video for return requests concerning defective or damaged goods.
  4. Upon received the product, Zari by Suba will thoroughly inspect it to ensure it was not damaged due to any actions on the part of the customer and check for signs of use. Based on this inspection, we will proceed with issuing a store credit.

 

Requests for returns based on the following reasons will not be entertained:

  1. Handloom Imperfections
    Most of our products are meticulously handcrafted and any minor variations encountered within the same product are a result of this artisanal process. These variations should not be regarded as imperfections; rather they are the unique characteristics of our handwoven sarees, each of which is a masterpiece of art
  2. Imperfections Include the following -
    The small knots or bumps in threads that may occur when broken threads are pieced together are not considered defects.
    The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects
    Slubs, which are residual threads bundled together in tiny knots, are not considered defects
    Minute gaps in and around motifs, as well as minute thread gaps around a motif and in the body/pallu, are not considered defects|
    Attached or 'running' blouses may vary in length due to differences in woven warp lengths. The measurements of these are explicitly mentioned on our online store as part of a product's description
  3. The products on sale are not eligible for returns.

 

Zari by Suba retains the right to decline a return request if the reasons are deemed invalid or if the product is not in its original condition.
